Family Advocates & Case Management

Families who are referred to HOPE South Florida by Broward County, work alongside one of our Family Advocates. These advocates guide families through the process of identifying sustainable housing and assist in gaining access to services such as SNAP. Family Advocates build relationships with the families they work with and help identify unique opportunities for local support throughout the year.
