Steven P. Daigle

Steven Daigle is a National Consumer Banking Performance Manager for Employee Banking and Investments. Steven holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66 and 9/10 licenses and is the Chapter Chair for the Virtual Chapter of the Parents and Caregivers Employee Network. 

Madison S. Gulley 

Mr. Madison S. Gulley (Mat) has spent the last 35 years focused on the areas of global finance, family, fitness, and philanthropy. Mat currently sits on several non-profit boards and chairs the board of HOPE South Florida. Mr. Gulley earned his BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Jeane Hah-Garnett  

Jeane Hah-Garnett is the Vice President of Talent at Charter Schools USA (CSUSA). Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. Throughout her progressive years in leadership and organizational development, Jeane has coached executive level leadership with a focus on talent management, leadership development programs, psychometric assessments, and engagement.

Regan Hershey  

Regan Hershey currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, where he helps steward the financial and operational resources of the multi-site church and school. He works closely with the senior leadership team and Board in service of the church’s mission to “Make Disciples.”

Ken McKenzie 

Ken McKenzie is the Principal of Meridian Blue, LLC., a management consulting firm specializing in improving organizational performance within both private and not-for-profit sectors. 

Lincoln S. Mendez, MHSA, BSMT 

Lincoln Mendez is the North Region Executive for Baptist Health and also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boca Raton Regional Hospital.   

Torrence R. Phillips 

Torrence R. Phillips currently serves as a Board Member at Large on the National Bar Association Board. He previously chaired the National Bar Association’s Commercial Law Section. As a Partner at Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo’s Fort Lauderdale office, he is a member of the Litigation Department.

Dr. Fred Scarbrough

Dr. Fred Scarbrough is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of HOPE South Florida. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University and after practicing for nearly 25 years, retired in 2020. Fred currently resides in Pompano Beach and is married to Laurie.

Stephan N Tchividjian

Stephan N Tchividjian was born in the hills of North Carolina. He is the eldest grandchild of the Reverend Billy Graham. Stephan currently serves as one of the founders and the CEO of the National Christian Foundation of South Florida.

Nancy Ramos

Nancy Ramos serves as a dynamic executive and Assistant Vice President of Loyalty & Onboard Marketing at Royal Caribbean in Miami, Florida, where she’s known for her people‑centered leadership and clear strategic vision. 

Shawn Wilson 

Shawn Wilson currently works for AutoNation Finance, a subsidiary of AutoNation, serving as the divisional CFO. Shawn was previously the Sr. Director of Capital Markets for AutoNation from 2022 to 2023.  

Joseph Kenner

Joe Kenner was named president of HOPE South Florida in December 2024, following an extensive career leading an award-winning social enterprise
focused on providing work opportunities to those with barriers to employment.

Joe looks to bring his innovative leadership, experiences, and expertise, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to further the mission of HOPE, which is to keep homeless families together by providing compassionate care, and guiding and equipping those served on a path to holistic life change.

Joe previously served as president and CEO of Greyston, a Yonkers, NY-based social enterprise, as deputy commissioner at the Westchester County (NY) Department of Social Services, and spent 14 years in corporate America, working in insurance underwriting/risk management, capital markets, and sales strategy. He was first appointed and then twice-elected a Village of Port Chester (NY) Board of Trustee member, and also served as Deputy Mayor of Port Chester.

He holds a Master’s of Business Administration (financial management) from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, graduated from Williams College (MA), and attended Oxford University (Exeter College).

Joe is currently an Advisory Council member of the REDF Impact Investing Fund (RIIF). He previously served on the Board of Directors of Conscious Capitalism, Inc., the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council, the New York City Workforce Investment Board, and Tompkins Bank. Joe has been featured in a variety of local and national media, including ABC Nightly News, Bloomberg, CBS News, CNBC, Yahoo Finance, Forbes, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The World Economic Forum, Quartz and The Journal News.

Steven and wife Kim adopted 2 of their 4 children through 4KIDS where he served as a board member on the Board of Directors. He also serves as a pastor and board member on the Board of Directors for his church, Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale.

Madison S. Gulley

Mr. Madison S. Gulley (Mat) has spent the last 35 years focused on the areas of global finance, family, fitness, and philanthropy.

Mr. Gulley earned his BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. He has lived in Edinburgh, Scotland, Nassau, Bahamas, and Hong Kong and currently resides between Ft. Lauderdale and Washington DC. He has a wife and 5 children.

Jeane Hah-Garnett is the Vice President of Talent at Charter Schools USA (CSUSA). Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. Throughout her progressive years in leadership and organizational development, Jeane has coached executive level leadership with a focus on talent management, leadership development programs, psychometric assessments, and engagement.
Preceding her role as an executive resource for leading global Fortune 500’s, Jeane earned her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She has served firms including DHL Express, Office Depot Office Max, Deutsche Post Inhouse Consulting GmbH and Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Regan Hershey

Regan Hershey currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, where he helps steward the financial and operational resources of the multi-site church and school. He works closely with the senior leadership team and Board in service of the church’s mission to “Make Disciples.”
Regan is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst who actively contributes to nonprofit governance through board and committee involvement. Regan is passionate about using his gifts to serve others and advance work that reflects Christ’s love in the community.

Ken McKenzie

Ken McKenzie is the Principal of Meridian Blue, LLC., a management consulting firm specializing in improving organizational performance within both private and not-for-profit sectors.
Ken’s not-for-profit roles included service as Chief Executive Officer of Museum of the Bible, Executive Director – Strategic Initiatives at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, and time abroad as Program Director of the West African Flight Program for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Ken and his wife, Sonia, have two daughters, who are both graduates of Liberty University.

Lincoln S. Mendez, MHSA, BSMT 

Lincoln Mendez is the North Region Executive for Baptist Health and also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
Mr. Mendez is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is licensed as a laboratory supervisor and medical technologist from the Florida Department of Professional Regulations. Mr. Mendez served as Past Chairman of the Board of the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association and currently serves on various boards throughout the region.

Torrence R. Phillips

Torrence R. Phillips currently serves as a Board Member at Large on the National Bar Association Board. He previously chaired the National Bar Association’s Commercial Law Section. As a Partner at Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo’s Fort Lauderdale office, he is a member of the Litigation Department.
In addition to his legal career, Mr. Phillips is actively involved in his community and professional organizations. He is a member of the National Bar Association Commercial Law Section, 100 Black Men of South Florida, and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Dr. Fred Scarbrough

Dr. Fred Scarbrough is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of HOPE South Florida. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University and after practicing for nearly 25 years, retired in 2020. Fred currently resides in Pompano Beach and is married to Laurie.
On Thanksgiving Day 1995 God moved him to introduce Fred to Sam, Cathy, and 6-month-old Daniel, who were homeless. From there, Fred founded The Shepherd’s Way in order to help families experiencing similar situations. From there, the ministry evolved into what it is today.

Stephan N Tchividjian

Stephan N Tchividjian was born in the hills of North Carolina. He is the eldest grandchild of the Reverend Billy Graham.
Stephan currently serves as one of the founders and the CEO of the National Christian Foundation of South Florida. In addition, Stephan currently manages his own small boutique consulting firm, The Caleb Group, specializing in assisting select non-profits and for profits with comprehensive project management. Stephan serves as an Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel, as well as on the board of directors for a variety of organizations.

Nancy Ramos

Nancy Ramos serves as a dynamic executive and Assistant Vice President of Loyalty & Onboard Marketing at Royal Caribbean in Miami, Florida, where she’s known for her people‑centered leadership and clear strategic vision.

But beyond her corporate leadership, Nancy’s calling runs deeper. She is passionate about stewarding the gifts and talents God has entrusted to her, using them to serve “the least of these”, children living in extreme poverty, individuals experiencing homelessness, and elderly neighbors who simply need a compassionate hand.

Shawn Wilson

Shawn Wilson currently works for AutoNation Finance, a subsidiary of AutoNation, serving as the divisional CFO.
Shawn was previously the Sr. Director of Capital Markets for AutoNation from 2022 to 2023. Prior to joining AutoNation, Shawn’s 20-year experience in Corporate and Investment Banking spanned capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial operations, and treasury, with Truist Bank.
